Generally it was good, but the instructor has a lot of lapses, answering call during the class, I had a little bit of intonation and pronunciation issues, but nevertheless it was ok

This course should be made more lively

It was as good as I expected

Finding out how important this course is not only in the workplace but in our everyday lives is wonderful.

The course outline and lectures are okay but the video quality is bad and it takes time to load
